Just beware of things that look like your are getting this perfect home. The flooring in the kitchen is so thin if you drop a fork
it does damage a dent will appear. The neighborhood
association does nothing,
they send memos's around
giving you the rules for
your communities and then it
takes a year to enforce them. Just please beware
check the neighborhood out ask questions of the home owners already there. Find out if there will be parking for your visitors and where.
Find out if your neighbors
have five cars that they are trying to park in front of one home making yours look like you are living next to a apartment building
doesn't do anything for brining up the value of your new home. And if I were
looking for a home and pulled up in front and saw what I see now , I would have
never choosen this house.
